πŸ”’How to customize the indicators? (Colors and parameters)

Before you can use the Smart Trading Indicators, you'll need to have a free or paid account on TradingView. If you don't have one yet, you can sign up here.

Customization of Indicators

Since each trader has their own style and preferences, our indicators are highly customizable.

  1. Right-click on the indicator added to your chart.

  1. Select 'Settings' to open the options panel.

  1. Here, you can change colors, levels , and other parameters like active our strategy recommend according to your preference.

Step 1: Enable Backtesting

  • Check the box "Enable strategy backtesting on chart".

    • πŸ“Œ Note: By doing so, you'll be able to visualize on the chart how this strategy would have performed in the past. It's an excellent way to familiarize yourself with the strategy before implementing it in real time. Use the Recommended Strategy and please activate Trailing Stop Control if you are not an expert.

Step 2: Enable Trailing Stop Control (On-chart Risk Management)

  • Make sure to select the option "Activate Trailing Stop Control (On-chart Risk Management)".

    • πŸ“Œ Note: This feature will help protect your profits by automatically adjusting your position as the price moves in your favor. When executing trades in real time, ensure you send signals to the market with the recommended Trailing Stop for the strategy to work.

  • Depending on the asset you are trading (BTCUSD or ETHUSD), you should choose one of the following options:

    1. For BTCUSD: Check the box "Use Recommended Strategy for BTC/USD β€’ [Timeframe]". Ensure you choose the same timeframe on your TradingView chart and use the one that best suits your trading style (options include 15min, 30min, 1h, 4h, 1D).

    2. For ETHUSD: Check the box "Use Recommended Strategy for ETH/USD β€’ [Timeframe]". As with BTCUSD, select your preferred timeframe (options include 15min, 30min, 1h, 4h, 1D).

🚫 Warning: The "Use Custom Strategy Parameters Settings" option is for advanced users only. If you lack experience in customizing strategy parameters, we advise against enabling this option. In this setting, you can use your own indicator parameters as well as On-chart Risk Management and see how this strategy would have performed in the past before applying it in real time.
